I'm convinced every day of a regular pregnancy maps to about 15 minutes of a high-risk pregnancy.
Not knowing what's going to happen but knowing that the pregnancy is not going the way it should makes every moment of the pregnancy feel heavy and like it's dragging on.
You wait anxiously for every milestone so you can breathe just a tiny bit easier. But you know you won't fully breathe until your baby is in your arms.
The thing is, no one is built to fight this hard for this long. Even superheroes have days off. (Tweet that!)
So it's completely normal and expected that you have days where you feel worn down, burned out and just plain exhausted.
In this video I share with you my very heartfelt message about the ONE thing you should never forget and why when you're feeling overwhelmed.
The Short and Sweet
As daunting as this feels. As much as you hate having a high-risk pregnancy and you wish you could make the complications go away.
As much as some days you wake up in tears feeling like you just can't go on, here's my message to you:
You can do this.
Because you already are.
By waking up every morning to fight for your miracle.
By making really difficult medical decisions.
By making sacrifices and compromises in your life, at work, in your relationships.
A high-risk pregnancy feels hard on it's best days, impossible on it's worst. (Tweet that!)
For the days you feel like you can't do this , remind yourself that you already are! (Tweet that!)
How do you cope on the days when you feel like you can't go on another day?
