Here's what happens next:
STEP 1: Look out for an important email
Shortly, you should receive an email with a link to your Thrive New Client Questionnaire. Because tech can be wonky (hello, Facebook outage of 2021!) give it 24 hours. If you haven't received it by then, and you've checked your junk/spam folders, then email our Programs Assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org and she'll help you out!
STEP 2: Fill out the questionnaire
The more information you can provide, the better Parijat can assist you. We promise that your story is not too dark, depressing, overwhelming or scary for us. So share as much as you can and as much as you're comfortable with.
STEP 3: Celebrate you
Seriously, when was the last time you did something nice for yourself. You just told someone your whole story. That's not easy to do. So go do something for yourself. Grab some of that fancy tea you only bring out a couple of time per year. Book that vacation. Get a massage. Whatever floats your boat!
STEP 4: Receive and review your Thrive Plan
Approximately 5 business days after you've submitted your questionnaire, Parijat will have your curated Thrive Plan prepared. We'll send you your custom Thrive Plan as well as her audio/video feedback. Take some time to review it. You'll have 3 business days to send us any clarifying questions about your personalized Thrive Plan.
STEP 5: Go forth
Take your curated Thrive Plan and go start transforming your health, healing, and healthcare! If you decide you'd like personalized guidance and support to implement what's in your curated Thrive Plan, you know we're here for you. Just let us know!
