When you're going through a high-risk pregnancy, receiving bad news about your health or your baby's health, living each moment with uncertainty and worry, hope acts as an anchor for sanity. But it can be hard to maintain that hope when you're stuck with the neverending "what ifs" all day and night.
I know when I was going through my high-risk pregnancy, hearing stories of women who were on the other side of complications helped me tremendously. So on this episode I share with you 3 incredible stories of hope of 3 of my clients.
Episode highlights...
The story of Mariah, a woman with a complicated past with several pregnancy losses and how she stayed pregnant until 38 weeks despite being on bed rest for 1 full trimester
The story of Kim who experienced a second trimester loss and how she beat all medical odds in her second pregnancy
The story of Alison who was carrying twins and was on bed rest from 18 weeks and how she was able to deliver her twins at 37 weeks.
How reaching out for anxiety support during a high-risk pregnancy can help you stay pregnant longer than your medical thinks is possible
