It’s another one of “those things” that no one tells you. After a high-risk pregnancy, difficult delivery, or lengthy NICU stay, the stress on your body creates the perfect environment for health problems and chronic illnesses. With everything else a new mom has to deal with after these difficulties, now she’s dealing with a mysterious illness! Many women have had this experience, which is insane, but probably more common than you think. Today’s guest shares her message of empowerment over the guilt, grief, and anger.
Jen Hardy is an avid collector of eclectic diseases and mystifier of physicians! She’s an author, podcast host, and speaker who is married to her “Knight in Shining Armor” and is the mom to 7 children. Jen spent over two decades perfecting the art of managing a home while dealing with chronic illnesses, and she’s here to share what she’s learned.
Jen’s journey with chronic illness, which began with extreme fatigue as a child, and began raging 20 years ago when she was pregnant with her 4th child

“No matter where you are or what’s happening with your health, you still have an amazing child that you brought into this world. As long as you love them and do everything you can for them, it’s going to be OK.”
