How to manage food sensitivities in your baby (especially if you're breastfeeding)

Now that I'm a mom, I finally understand why my mom still to this day is obsessed about hwo much I eat. As parents (especially mothers) so much of our life is spent on making sure our baby is growing and eating enough.

It can be overwhelming on its own.

Throw in food sensitivities or food allergies and it adds a whole new level of worry. What's happening? What can you do about it? Is it fixable? Is my baby going to be ok?

That's why I'm excited to share with you my interview with Veronica Lamb, health coach for breastfeeding moms, who shares how to identify food sensitivities in your newborn, infant or toddler and how to empower yourself to do what's right for your baby even if your pediatrician thinks nothing is wrong.

Preemie and micropreemie moms, this conversation is especially helpful for you because our little ones are at much higher risk of digestive problems. So definitely check it out!

Also, be sure to watch the video all the way to the end because she shares a valuable free resource to help you identify which foods your child might be sensitive to.
